The story
Behind Posie

Posie began on the planning side of corporate events and weddings, where Ashley loved working alongside the vendors most of all. Photo booths always stood out to her as the heart of an event, and she noticed what separated the ones guests remembered from the ones they forgot. Posie is where it came together: her creative streak, and something entirely her own.

It started with a simple idea: a photo booth should feel like part of your event's design, not something tucked in a corner.

( 01 ) Do you offer a sit-in booth option? The booth The booth set up on a rooftop at sunset with its backdrop, prop rack and drinks tray We don't currently offer a sit-in booth, but we totally understand the appeal. There's something so charming about that classic, enclosed booth aesthetic! If a sit-in booth is your dream photo booth moment, we're happy to point you toward a great vendor who specializes in exactly that. Just reach out and we'll share our recommendation. Ask us ( 02 ) How far in advance should we book our photo booth? Booking Three guests reading their fresh prints in front of a pink curtain We'd love to be part of your celebration! Popular dates (weekends, holiday season, peak event months) fill up fast, so we recommend booking 4 to 6 months ahead when you can. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway. We'll do everything we can to make it work. Check your date ( 03 ) How much space do you need for setup? Setup The booth, its tray and a pink textured backdrop set up on a rug, with a props stand beside them We're pretty flexible! A 10x10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet is all we need to work our magic. If your venue has a tighter footprint or unique layout, just let us know the details ahead of time and we'll figure out the best setup together. Tell us about your venue ( 04 ) Can we customize the photo booth for our event's theme, colors, or branding? Just share your vision and we'll bring it to life. Share your vision ( 05 ) Do you provide an attendant during the event? A friendly, professional attendant is with your booth the entire time to help guests, keep things running smoothly, and make sure everyone has a great experience. You won't have to worry about a thing. That's our job. Check your date ( 06 ) Do you work with corporate events, showers, and other private parties, or just weddings? We love bringing our booth to weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate events, brand activations, and pretty much any celebration in between. Every event gets the same care and attention to detail, tailored to fit your specific occasion. Tell us about your event ( 07 ) How do we book, and what does the deposit look like? Booking Printed photo strips laid out on a table beside flowers Booking is easy. Just complete our inquiry form on our website to get started, and we'll send over a contract and invoice if your date is available. A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the event. Once that's settled, all you have to do is show up and celebrate! Start your inquiry ( 08 ) How far will you travel? Travel Ashley beside the booth on a rooftop at sunset We're based in Denver and travel is included at no extra cost within 50 miles of the city. For events beyond that distance, we're still happy to consider it depending on availability, though a travel fee will apply.
